1. שימוש באפליקציה

האפליקציה מיועדת לשימוש אישי בלבד לצורך צפייה, ניהול והפקת דוחות. אין להעתיק, לשכפל, לשנות, להפיץ או לעשות שימוש מסחרי באפליקציה או בתכניה ללא אישור מראש ובכתב מהמפתח.

2. אחריות

האפליקציה מסופקת "כפי שהיא" (AS IS) ללא כל אחריות, מפורשת או משתמעת. המפתח לא יישא באחריות לכל נזק ישיר, עקיף, משני או תוצאתי הנובע מהשימוש או מאי היכולת להשתמש באפליקציה.

3. שינויים באפליקציה

המפתח רשאי לעדכן, לשנות, להפסיק או להגביל את הגישה לאפליקציה, או לכל חלק ממנה, בכל עת וללא הודעה מוקדמת.

4. קישורים ושירותי צד שלישי

האפליקציה עשויה לכלול קישורים או אינטגרציות לשירותים חיצוניים. המפתח אינו אחראי על תוכן, מדיניות פרטיות או אבטחה של גורמים אלה.

5. שינויים בתנאים

אנו רשאים לעדכן את תנאי השימוש מעת לעת. המשך השימוש באפליקציה מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.

6. תשלום ודמי שימוש

האפליקציה מציעה חודש ניסיון חינם למשתמשים חדשים. בתום תקופת הניסיון, השימוש באפליקציה כרוך בתשלום חודשי של 199 ₪ (כולל מע"מ). התשלום מבוצע דרך Google Play או App Store בלבד, בהתאם לפלטפורמה ממנה הורדה האפליקציה. המנוי מתחדש אוטומטית בכל חודש, אלא אם המשתמש מבטל אותו דרך חשבון החנות שלו לפני מועד החיוב הבא. כל נושא התשלום, החיוב או ההחזר כפוף למדיניות החיוב וההחזרים של Google Play ו־App Store בלבד.

7. סמכות שיפוט

על תנאים אלה יחולו אך ורק דיני מדינת ישראל, וכל מחלוקת תתברר בבתי המשפט המוסמכים בעיר תל אביב–יפו.

1. Use of the App

The App is for personal use only, for viewing, managing, and generating reports. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit the App or its content without prior written consent from the developer.

2. Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

3. Changes to the App

The developer may update, modify, discontinue, or restrict access to the App at any time without prior notice.

4. Third-Party Services and Links

The App may contain links or integrations to external services. The developer is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or security of such third parties.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Payment and Subscription Fees

The App offers a one-month free trial for new users. After the trial period, continued use of the App requires a monthly subscription fee of 199 ILS (including VAT). Payment is processed exclusively through Google Play or App Store, depending on the platform from which the App was downloaded. The subscription renews automatically each month unless canceled through the user's store account before the next billing date. All matters related to payment, billing, or refunds are subject solely to the policies of Google Play and the App Store.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Yafo.
